A Little About Me:

Who are you?
What should I say? well, I was born In Southern Alberta, and grew up here too. and am currently living in Lethbridge, which for those who don't know, is in Southern Alberta.

I'm a recent graduate of the Computer Network Technician program at Lethbridge Community college, and am currently working to obtain my A+ computer certification. Once that is done, I guess I'll have to get serious about finding work.

I'm what you would call a furry, but I'm not one of those "freaks" or "perverts" that you may have seen on certain TV shows, or read about in certain magazines. Please be aware that those freaks only make up a very small percentage of all furries in total, and that there are nice decent people (like myself) in the fur fandom who aren't sex-crazed freaks like that small (and yet very vocal) minority who are in it for fetish purposes. My reasons for being a furry are different, for me I've always felt a profound connection to wolves on almost a spirtual level, and I admire how great of an animal they are. I also I like the husky breed of dog too, for their strength and endurance, two qualities that I'd love to have for myself. And as well I like the cuteness of huskies too. From those I have created my own fursona (my personal furry character, or alter ego) with which I use for roleplay and as an online identity.

What's your fursona like?
My fursona is named Tiado Ableth, he is an 6 1/2 foot tall anthropomorphic huskywolf, he has gray fur with a slight blue tint to it. He is a friendly and caring canine who may not have a lot of friends, but the friends he does have are good friends. He is also open to meeting new people an furries, and possibly becoming friends with them.

What are you like?
Other than the fact that I'm not really an 6 1/2 tall anthro huskywolf, my personality is quite the same as described for my alter ego, except for one thing, I'm a bit shy when I need to speak to someone I've never met before. I've been working on improving my confidence so I don't avoid speaking to unfamiliar people or speak in public.

How long have you been a furry?
Even though I discovered the fandom back in the Summer of 2000, I would say that I've always been a furry. The thought of anthropomorphic animals and spirituality have always fascinated me. I've always been interested in animal costumes (fursuits), creating and performing in them. Although I don't have a fursuit of my own yet, I've had experienced the joy of being in a fursuit, which only reinforced my desire to have one of my own. Soon enough, once I have enough money to do it, I'd like to have constructed by commission, my very own fursuit of my fursona.
